Contract of Agreement:
By engaging in a coaching session with with Jenny duBay, you agree to the following terms:
- Invoices will be paid by credit card through our secure processor.
- If a scheduled coaching session needs to be canceled, it's necessary to cancel at least 24-hours in advance.
- If you’re late for a session, that session may need to end at the scheduled time, depending on my schedule with other clients.
- Coaching sessions already completed are non-refundable. If you purchase a bundle deal but decide later to discontinue sessions, you will be refunded for any sessions not attended, but the sessions that were attended will be billed at the regular (non-bundle) per session rate.
- The coaching relationship is unique. It’s important to remember that coaching is client-led, rather than coach-led, so the outcome of our coaching sessions depends largely on your willingness to engage in this process. This may result in considerable discomfort as you release and work through trauma and life issues. Remembering unpleasant events and becoming aware of feelings attached to those events can bring on strong feelings of anger, depression, anxiety, etc. I don't offer miracle cures; healing is a process, a blessed journey, not an instant cure. I can’t promise that your behavior or circumstance will change, because that’s up to you and your personal journey. However, I can support you and do my very best to understand you and your experiences, as well as to help you clarify what you desire for yourself.
- By agreeing to these terms, you agree that I hold no liability for the outcome of our sessions or for any other personal life issues and outcomes.
- I may take notes for you during our sessions. This helps me to be the best coach I can be for your individual situation, to ensure we address all the needs and concerns you wish to address. I don’t share these notes with anyone, and they are not retained.
"Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? Behold, I am making all things new."
