Yet my goal is to help you reclaim your Imago Dei -- your true self,
made in the image of God Himself. (Gen 1:26-27)
made in the image of God Himself. (Gen 1:26-27)
Even if you feel depleted, with a complete lack of physical, emotional, or spiritual energy, you can regain your true inner self after domestic abuse. And if you're Catholic like me, you may be wondering about the connection between the sacrament of marriage and the balance of self-giving vs. self-love (Mark 21:31), the possibility (or reality) of divorce, and the intricacies of a Catholic marriage annulment.
My mission is to make all of these issues totally clear so you can move forward with your life in a healthy, God-willed way.
Create Soul Space is a non-profit organization. I'm grateful to all those who support my ministry with donations--any amount is appreciated!

Hope. Healing. Love.
Isn’t that what we’re all seeking?
Yet in an abusive marriage—something we didn’t expect when we said ‘I do’—what we sought sadly isn’t what we found.
Because it wasn’t founded in Christ. It wasn’t a union of mutual self-giving.
If you’re suffering in an abusive marriage and need the support and empathy of a safe group of women who understand what you’re going through, please know that you’re not alone.
Join us in our peer-to-peer domestic abuse support group, facilitated and Jenny duBay (Somatic Trauma-Informed Life Coach and Narcissistic Abuse Specialist) and Laura Ercolino (foundress of Hope's Garden).
This is a group for sharing, for loving, for security and rejuvenation. It’s a safe space where you can be yourself, express your anguish and joys, set-backs and triumphs, and where you can relate to others who are in the same space as you.
